
At the INSIGHTS 2020 on October 1 and 2, 2020 in Frankfurt we presented current findings from our research project "Artificial Voices in Human Choices". With our reserach we investigate the influence that the tone of artificial voices can have on consumer decisions. For example, we used the latest deep learning methods from the field of artificial intelligence to generate artificial voices with a specific intonation - and then tested the influence on consumer decisions in various experiments.
