About 1,200 attendees visited the Esomar Congress in September 2017 in Amsterdam celebrating Esomar's 70th birthday.
The topic was "Visionary", i.e. the future of market research with lots of presentations and show cases - concentrating on automation, digitlization and AI.
In his speech "Market Research from a Client Perspective" Dr. Fabian Buder of GfK Verein presented how the clients' situation and needs have changed - and what this means for market research and its future.
