Herbert Renner

Herbert Renner joined NIM in November 2024 and is responsible for the IT infrastructure of NIM. In addition to daily maintenance work, this includes planning and implementing future-oriented structural projects. These serve to maintain IT at a high technical and security level and to support work in NIM's administrative and research areas with modern and innovative products.

Before joining NIM, he worked for many years in the IT services sector as a systems engineer. His main tasks included providing independent support to customers from a wide range of industries and collaborating on large IT projects in the areas of data centers and networks.
