The VOL. 5 issue of the NIM Research Magazine gives a review of our research and NIM studies from 2023 and 2024. Our research examines how consumer decisions change due to new technology, societal trends or the application of behavioral science, and what the resulting micro- and macroeconomic impacts are for the market and for society as a whole.
For example, we researching on the importance of genuine sustainability as opposed to greenwashing. Another important topic is the transformative role of AI in marketing - from virtual characters to generative AI applications. We also focus our research on future trends such as marketing in the metaverse and the challenges and opportunities in the innovation landscape.
