A large number of brand contacts, such as looking in the refrigerator or the passing delivery service, pass us by without a trace. Traditional methods, such as surveys, cannot uncover these. The GfK Association has therefore developed a prototype that makes it possible to capture visual brand contacts across media boundaries. Rene Schallner, Senior Researcher at GfK Association, reports on completely new insights into brand contact points.
