ICCMI 2023 - International Conference on Contemporary Marketing Issues
This year's ICCMI took place on July 12-14, 2023, on the island of Corfu, Greece. Academics and practitioners from around the world had the opportunity to discuss current research in marketing at this peer-reviewed conference.
Nina Hesel presented the results of a joint research project with Fabian Buder and Holger Dietrich on the question of what role the metaverse actually already plays in marketing today and what role it can play in the future. To answer these questions, NIM conducted an interview study at the end of 2022 with high-ranking managers of the most valuable B2C brands in the USA and Europe. An excerpt of the results were presented at ICCMI 2023.
