Dr. Carolin Kaiser and René Schallner presented latest findings from their research project in which they examined the influence of the tone of artificial voice can have on consumer decisions. For example, they have used latest deep learning methods from the field of artificial intelligence to generate artificial voices with a specific tone of voice - and then tested their influence on consumer decisions in various experiments.
